Join your guide in Te Anau and experience 'the finest walk in the world' as you retrace the steps of early explorers on the world-renowned track.
Take a journey along valleys carved by glaciers, wander through ancient rain forests and admire cascading waterfalls.

Your adventure starts in Queenstown or Te Anau.
06.30am at Ultimate Hikes Centre to meet your coach.
09:30am at Ultimate Hikes desk to meet your bus and guide.
Departs daily between 1st November and 17th April 2019.
13 hours (5 and a half hours on track) for Queenstown.
9 hours (5 and a half hours on track) for Te Anau.
The track is very flat and smooth, making it accessible to walkers of all ages & abilities.

*Complimentary use of day pack and rain jackets are supplied, however they are not sturdy. Thus, we recommend you to bring your own.
**Running shoes are acceptable. Sandals are not recommended.
If you don’t have time to do the full Milford Track, this tour is the way to go.
Join your guide at the Ultimate Hikes Desk in Te Anau and take a short coach trip to Te Anau Downs. You can warm up with a hot drink aboard an hour long scenic boat journey to the end of the lake. Ready for your great adventure? Let’s get started.
Our walk takes you to the historic Glade House where we’ll stop for lunch.
A scrumptious lunch from the kitchen is waiting for you. We can stop by the small museum before we set off.
The path then follows the stunning Clinton River, across a swing bridge into a mystical beech forest. Your guide will point out aspects of the forest and history.
On return, we will go all the way back to Queenstown or Te Anau.
